Declaration of Accuracy and Authorization

1. All information provided in this submission is accurate, complete, and up to date to the best of my knowledge.
2. I am duly authorized to represent the company named herein and to submit this information on its behalf.
3. I consent to the collection, storage, and use of this information by the Iraqi Drug Guide (IDG) platform, operated by Enki-Clinical, for the purpose of creating and maintaining a pharmaceutical company directory intended for healthcare professionals in Iraq.
4. This submission does not constitute a contractual, commercial, or regulatory agreement of any kind. Listing in the IDG directory does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by IDG, Enki-Clinical, or any affiliated entity.
5. IDG reserves the right to verify the accuracy of submitted information and to decline, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice if the information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of applicable regulations.
6. The company authorizes IDG to display submitted information within its platform for viewing by registered healthcare professionals. No submitted data will be sold, shared with third parties, or used for commercial advertising purposes outside the IDG directory.
7. I acknowledge that Iraqi Ministry of Health (MOH) registration status as reported here does not substitute for official regulatory filings, and that the submitter and company bear full responsibility for regulatory compliance.
